Cellavie is Workspace 001: the first full company the Engine operates in production. It maps the Western Cape’s scattered wine country into one navigable product — farm profiles with tastings, dining, stays, and accessibility, a Mapbox-powered explore view, curated routes, and 134,000+ surfaced reviews — plus a commercial growth layer for the farms themselves. Storefront to campaigns, the Engine runs it with real customers on the other side.

Every Era Estate rejects the classifieds-board model: every piece is photographed, researched, and written up in a museum-label voice, prices sit behind sign-in, and every sale is confirmed personally — no checkout, by design. Under it sits a real subscription business with tiered seller plans and a curated-listings service. Its motto is the brief we built to: care, memory, dignity, always.

Solace began as something personal: a private memorial we built for our own family — a hand-crafted tribute book, RSVP management, and a shared slideshow of a life. It runs in production today for the people it was made for. Now it is becoming a platform, so other families can have the same.
